Can patients outside the United States use Neura?
Neura was originally built for patients in the US but due to demand from other countries, we are making some features available.
Please note that we cannot prescribe any medications or order any testing for patients outside of the US. Still, you may hold an informational consultation with a Neura clinician who will recommend a customized treatment plan and work with your local physician to get any necessary items ordered for you. Your local physician would be responsible for directly prescribing any treatment for you based on our evaluation.
If you are outside of the US, please be aware of the following considerations:
- Our mobile app is only available for download in the US and Canada.
- Our pricing is in USD (United States Dollar) amounts.
- You will be asked to enter a 10 digit phone number as part of the signup process. You can enter any number, but you will not receive text messages from Neura if it is not a real number and you may miss some important messages, so be sure to check Neura regularly.
- You will be asked for a billing ZIP code and depending on your payment method, if it is not a 5 digit ZIP, this may not work. You may want to try purchasing a US gift card on a site like giftcards.com but there is no guarantee this will work. We cannot help international patients with technical issues due to payment method.
If you have a +1 phone number, and would like to proceed with signing up for Neura Health outside of the United States, please follow the instructions below:
- When signing up, choose Alaska (AK) as your state with zip code 99663. This will help us identify you as a member outside of the US. Our team will be in touch to confirm your location once you sign up.
