What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

While we understand that emergencies happen, we have a strict cancellation policy that states that you must cancel or reschedule your visit at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full video visit fee. This policy is in place to ensure that our providers are compensated for their time and to allow our practice to better utilize appointments for other patients in need of prompt medical care.
