Why is there a membership fee?

The membership fee allows us to offer you our full suite of services to support your care. Membership costs just $1 for the first week and in many cases, you will be able to see a provider during that first week. Please see our Pricing Page for more detail.

Included in the membership fee is access to a custom in-app care plan including an educational curriculum about your diagnosis, unlimited online chat with your care team, and twice-monthly 30 minute video care coaching sessions. You can certainly cancel your membership after your appointment if you do not think you need our services on an ongoing basis or this isn’t the right fit for you - and if that happens before your trial ends, you won't be charged further.
